Our Story

Founded in 2019, MEDvidi emerged from offline clinics in San Francisco and Miami.

Co-founders Vasili Razhnou and Alex Kulitski combined their expertise in healthcare services and technology to develop a platform where people across the US can get high-quality mental health support at an affordable cost whenever it’s needed most.

From its very inception, personalized care and technological advancements have been at the core of MEDvidi’s vision. After months of diligent work, a custom telehealth platform was introduced in 2020. It made it simpler for patients to have video appointments with certified mental health experts from home.

At the same time, healthcare providers could spend less time on administrative tasks due to an innovative CRM system.

From 2021 to 2023, MEDvidi has grown from 50 to 300+ dedicated team members, and the availability of the company’s mental health services has expanded from 12 to 20 states.
Today, 45+ medical providers offer personalized treatment and support to those having attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), anxiety disorders, depression, and insomnia. 50% of the medical team are Medical Doctors and Doctors of Osteopathic Medicine.

Eliminating the need to wait for an appointment for 4 to 8 weeks, MEDvidi’s on-demand services have made it possible to get help within 24 hours, so that thousands of people can take a step toward a happier life.
Today, patients can also use Personal Portal to book and reschedule their video visits in a few taps as well as monitor the records of their treatment process.

In the first half of 2023, MEDvidi conducted 36,000 appointments, and the primary goal is to help 70,000 people monthly by December 2026.
The company is planning to establish in-person clinics, launch cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) services, and offer help for a wider range of mental health conditions.

MEDvidi aims to reshape the narrative around mental health. In addition to working with highly qualified medical providers and ensuring affordability and a patient-centered approach, we combat stigma, encourage early intervention, and nurture a supportive community.
With that in mind, we strive to be exceptionally effective in transforming mental healthcare and people’s lives.
