He studied Medicine and Surgery, holds a Master of Public Health, and completed an advanced Field Epidemiology certification with the U.S. CDC. In 2023, he further honed his expertise in health communication through advanced health writing studies at Harvard.
He has served as a physician and field epidemiologist, working across clinical practice, program management, and health systems strengthening in sub-Saharan Africa. His contributions have earned him several recognitions, including the African Union Medal of Honour and the WHO/TDR Global Health Contest award.
